    Ques. MR. MUNJAL Hero Groupone of the most prestigious group of the Era…. How would like to describe the success story of the group?

    Ans. MR. Munjal described that Hero Cycles started in 1956 . And then they worked very hard at it. Success ultimately lies in People’s Management, how to handle people, how to restrict for Quality. Moreover lot of hard work was put in by his parents i.e., his grandfather and father. They used to work continuously for 15-16 hours a day. Main thing is the VISION and an urge to do something in life.

    Ques. Whom Would You likes to give the credit to the growth of such a great success story? Is it Mr. Vijay Munjal or Mr. Dayanand Munjal?

    Ans. According to Mr.Munjal Firstly he would like to give the credit to Mr. Dayanand Munjal because he started the business and had a Vision. And Then he would also like to give the credit to Mr. Vijay Munjal because obviously he was the one who brought it to new heights and Hero entered into Exports.

    Ques. Hero is into Exports also So Whom do you like to give the credit to the Export Market captured By Hero?

    Ans.Mr. Munjal Gives the entire credit to his Elder brother and his Father Mr. Vijay Munjal. He says his father looks after the Entire Exports.

    Ques. Finally Where would you like to see the company Five Years after hence?

    Ans. Mr. Munjal says he would like enter a big way into Manufacturing of Health Equipments, Plastic Manufacturing and Tube Manufacturing.

    Ques. Do you really think that E-bikes will be a great success story?

    Ans: Mr. Munjal Says Ya ! Becoz they mainly focus on Quality and Customer Service after Sales. They have a very good Name , network of Dealers and vendors and that they are able to make a good product.

    Ques. From your personnel point of view What are the steps you are going to take to contribute to the Growth of the Company?

    Ans: Mr. Munjal says he would focus mainly on new product lines like Health Equipments and he would also follow the vision made by him and his father. He also pays focus to train his employees and get expert trainees for it. He also stresses in building a strong team., getting a lot new people at all levels.
